      Pros

      Ambitious technology but just a pos software company... same people that worked for SAPs other failed pos venture (triversity) work here too. Not very flexible team

      US sales very incompetent as well as most management .

      Constant churn, burnout, sales of vaporware, angry customers, toxic environment, massive disconnect between sales and reality.

      The people are mostly friendly and sometimes there are events for the colleagues.

      Cons

      1. The salaries are not competitive. 2. The management does not believe in Scrum activities and it leads to a very poor software development process. 3. It is not pleasant to work on a poor quality product. 4. The management is not very honest with the employees and customers.
