I made some friends there and it was easy work when the checks cleared.
Cons
The business is failing, and so, they’ve been paying people later and later and expect you to come into work regardless. If you complain about it, it’s treated as a slight against them, even though it’s their mismanagement that’s led to the current situation. They also paid employees $25 each to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor back in 2021. Mine was called “I enjoy my time here.” They threaten anyone staying there by not paying anyone they’ve fired until last. People who were fired on May 17th still haven’t been paid and that’s by their design. The President of the company is the owners wife who plays victim and is two faced. She thinks everyone should go along with working for free bc its her husbands company. If there’s and influx of positive reviews coming out of largo in the near future, know that those were probably paid for as well. With the money that should be going to the starving former employees. There’s people on food stamps while working there currently.
