      Pros

      In this AI era, G2 is truly at the forefront. G2 provides all the latest AI tools and is constantly upgrading in real time. I never feel like I'm missing out on the latest AI developments, thanks to the great team and community we have. The culture at G2 is excellent. The kindness here really stands out, and all the managers and leaders are genuinely helpful and supportive. The work culture is great. I get ample time outside of meetings to focus on hands-on work.

      Not much, I genuinely enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Team culture is great, high vibration and high energy ICs who care about the work. Benefits (health insurance, unlimited pto, paid holidays, etc) are really good Role is remote, if youre a capable individual you will be able to execute with little difficulty in your role Automatic (annual) Pay increases based on merit / continued performance

      Cons

      Role is very prone to burnout, Its a high volume workload job, High performers are severly undervalued and some suddenly terminated, List of responsibilities never seems to end despite having a finite job description, Low base pay / annual salary Growth is limited
