Pros

Provides flexibility that enables the employees to have a work-life balance

Cons

Provides no career growth unless you're a family member or a family friend. Poor company culture, people are trying but with the inability to execute due to micromanagement, the culture is struggling Trying to implement processes that are of no use to people and time-consuming

Pros

Not much to say. Maybe the way leaders talk about the vision is good and perhaps convincing for investors. But not much else is good here.

Cons

- No detailed strategy, leaders keep saying it's coming but we've been waiting over five months and nothing more than the three broad sentences they outlined in Dec 2022. - Launched into a full blown restructure without sharing the strategy, which usually explain why a company needs to be structured differently. When asked during consultation meeting about the strategy, staff were told it's not materially different high level three sentences from earlier. But doesn't go to explain the new structure - Employees had to repeatedly ask lots of basic questions about the restructure process and implications to get answers. Didn't even call it a restructure even when it obviously felt that way to people impacted. And kept referring to it a new structure for a new company. While legally correct it underlies the general approach of not caring for impact to people's lives. - Blatant lies. Leaders presented values and principles that our company is supposed to live up to. Eg open doors, open hearted etc. But displayed none of these during the five months since Futureverse brand was released. - Very top down. Telling people and teams exactly what to do, dropping unrealistic time frames, not sharing any of the objectives and goals, often asking for changes without explanation, not empowering teams, treating people as resources. Basically being run like a 5 person startup by ineffective leaders. The list goes on.
