      Pro's?? None!! Free on site parking haha

      Cons

      Expected to work all the hours possible for nothing extra, they think they pay well but don't. When you speak up about not wanting to work the extra days you are reminded where the gate is. Not appreciated. No overtime payment. Any extra hours worked you get single time back in toil.

      Pros

      Good firm to work for, appreciative of your effort and commitment. I was critically ill and do not have sufficient words to express my thanks and gratitude for the way the firm treated me, especially for the kind support given to my wife during the darkest days,

      Cons

      Being on call through the night for 7 days is hard, but in fairness you know exactly what you are signing up for at the outset, so stop whingeing and man up.
