Unorganized as a result of mostly millennial management and lack of experience at the top. Project Managers lacked leadership skills and focused on minutia, micromanaging to make up for a lack of leadership experience. At the same time they flaunted their top tier bachelor degrees as if they were JD/MBAs.

The leadership (using the word loosely) is terrible--unfocused, defensive, inconsistent, secretive, and disloyal. They do not know how to run an actual education startup, which is why their revenue growth has been almost non-existent and their employee and executive turnover are so high. They keep blaming the environment, their employees, politics, etc.--when only the leaders are to blame (and the investors who keep shelling out money for poor results). Way too much time putting out fires, not enough time actually executing a plan.
