Cons
- Highly toxic work environment - They don't respect your personal space and personal life (the CEO literally calls you into his cabin and checks your personal chats). Crosses all lines of privacy and personal space. - They interfere in your personal life, gossip about you, make your life a living hell. (If they find out that you have a life outside of work they will make sure you don't give it time at all and will unnecessarily keep bothering you by creating one issue or another or by giving you impossible targets without any additional rewards) - very unprofessional in every way - No Payslips are given, no Profession tax is cut, no provident fund, no TDS is cut - Everything is run on whatsApp instead of having a customized and centralised software for running the business - They don't value your life at all. They will call you to office even when there is a red alert situation due to a cyclone. No matter where you live. And if you decide to take a leave they will keep calling you even though you're on leave and ask you to complete "urgent work" which can be easily done the next day. - They had to fire their HR because he was highly unethical and would poison one person against another and play dirty all the time. He was also found guilty of other malpractice. - The company is very unethical in terms of conducting their business also. They import their products from China, remove the original Country of Origin Label and replace it with another fake label which reads "India".
