Pros

Frontline is a Structured Sales Driven Environment working to a vision of happy Candidates and Clients. With an Ethos of Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Trust. I've loved working in the business and mentored by great leaders.

Cons

Recruitment is not for everyone. It requires a high level of resilience, consistency and hard work with the ability to bounce back from the let downs. Without these key attributes the industry sees a high turnover of staff.

Pros

Great if you have no morals.

Cons

Poor workplace culture. Not uncommon for staff to quit on first day or to be fired within first week if they don't meet the "KPIs" the agency managers set. Management will do anything for a fee, even if it means lying and backstabbing anyone in their way, all just to line their pockets. Base salary and commission are not competitive. Don't waste your time, join a market leading, household known recruitment brand if you want to go down this career path. This is a small-time, franchised recruitment agency that will leave you depressed and with anxiety, not worth it.
