Pros? I don't think so any pros are there.
Cons
1. Few seniors will think they know a lot but they don't. 2. Unnecessary authority to incompetent and inexperienced people. 3. No respect for the time of employees. 4. No value for customers or the instructors. 5. Work-Life balance? What's that? 6. If you want to work with some of the Incompetent ,inexperienced people then only join. 7. There's no organisational structure, huge communication gaps. WhatsApp is the sole mode of communicating. 8. Sometimes you won't even realise whom to talk to for any issue which you're facing. They created verticals but forgot to create the structure. 9. They'll talk about office culture and parties. Don't fall for that. 10. Only thing for what people are good over here is blame games.
