      No real pros except they might get you a job at a better company

      Cons

      No care for employees, only see you as a money bag to extract value from. Very poor processes and management with a junior team inept at understanding the industry they work in.

      Pros

      5k sek friskvård every year.

      Cons

      Doesn't give occupational pension first 6 months. Gives you 75% salary if they can't find a company to assign you to. If your assignment at a company ends, they will try to force you to quit by being the coffee boy at 75% salary.
