Manager schedule 60 hours work week but you only get paid for 40 hours no OT. Management is very dishonest. And lies about everything and no clear communication from them either. This company allow UNFI to bully our drivers and it got so bad that UNFI try to get physically violent with our driver. I have a video of UNFI driver trying to attack me. And fresh logistics did not about it. The bonuses they talk about in the description they found ways not to payout. No PTO until after a year. No paid vacation at all. The health benefits are so bad that I can't afford it on this salary at this company. When I started working here the job was pretty easy. And then later they started add more duties to my daily routine but not more money. Very low pay. After a year I got a $0.37 raise which is an half cent raise. So your work day starts at 4am- maybe 3pm- 4pm off. And sometimes until you run out of hours. Remember no OT. This job is time consuming because delays can be up to 3-4 hours which makes your day longer no OT.
