Pros

Flexible working hours and free lunch for employees

Cons

The stark salary disparity between managers and their direct reports is nothing short of outrageous. It’s not just unfair, it’s immoral. Hardworking junior staff, the backbone of any organization, are left fighting for scraps while leadership enjoys unchecked privilege. Promotions aren’t earned through dedication or skill; they’re handed out like favors in a broken system that thrives on inequality. Management, often sitting comfortably in their offices, seems more focused on crafting convoluted policies than on supporting the people who actually keep the company running. The constant shifts in policy serve no real purpose other than frustrating junior employees who pour their energy into their work daily. And where is the empathy? It’s nowhere to be found. People who give their all, day after day, are being pushed to their breaking point.
