      Pros

      Intelligent, kind and positive people who care about the work they do! Owners look after all staff and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and have what they need to excel. Family culture and it really shows in the respect and fondness that everyone shows each other. Couldn't recommend enough if you want a progressive, interesting and fun career where the work you do really matters.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing I can think of.

      A great company made even better by the people who work there!

      Pros

      Fresh Egg's employees are it's greatest asset, a team of experienced, knowledgeable and lovely people. The staff go above and beyond to see the company succeed and deliver solid work to clients. Good work / life balance (especially for an agency), feels like management value and care for you.

      Cons

      No company is or will be perfect. It’s important to not get hung up on what's wrong and instead focus on what is happening to make things right. Fresh Egg listen and are constantly evolving for the better. Consistent progress is being made to make continual improvements within the company and for its employees.
