Pros

The only pro I can think of is lunch time and breaks. Aside from that, this company had nothing to offer an employee. I am literally pausing to try and think of some good productivity and cannot. So very sad!

Cons

Where to begin? No transparency between management, leadership and employees. Only hired if the owner has enough funds, which is never. The gist is to continually contract with Texas Workforce to "receive free labor" as much as possible. For those who are chosen to work full or part time as a Franchise Wealth employee, there are no benefits and highest wage is $9/hr. There is no advancement what-so-ever. When employees ask for performance measurements, it is declined and/or put off. There is no development training etc. There is nothing but going to work, and leaving work.
