      Pros

      Great leadership and open lines for communication with field leads, crew leads and administrative professionals, you can contact anyone in the company and they make you feel accepted and welcome your questions or concerns. Great pay and lots of OT, no lay offs, housing provided + per diem, benefits after 90days(matching 401k, health insurance, etc) Opportunities to travel and see different places where you may be assigned. (TX, CO, ND, OK, etc..) Advancement Opportunities, truck for work so you don’t use your personal vehicle Travel Reimbursement Young Company and growing quickly, positive outlook bright future

      Cons

      20/10 schedule, it’s great bc 10 days off but 20 on is a stretch although you get used to it, not so much a con just a bummer b/c you miss out on a lot going on while you’re working, win some lose some I guess, it is what it is you know what you’re signing up for :) $$$ NO OTHER CONS: if you truly care and take pride in your job you will be successful, plain and simple no one will bother you. Sometimes work with lazy ops

      Rewarding, Career Opportunities, Diverse and Unique

      Pros

      Growing, one of a kind business with people of character and managers that care. It is exciting to be a part of an organization from the ground up, driving changes and opportunities for successful growth. Being former military, this company prides itself on helping our prior military members transition to positions within our company. Frac Shack is made of members from former members of the US and Canadian military, as well as prior Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire and civilian members. Frac Shack has provide many Veteran's the opportunity to move into administrative, supervisory, and management roles, carrying on the feeling of a team atmosphere and the structure need for success. Company matched 401K/Retirement Plan! Travel assistance, paid lodging, per diem and having a company vehicle available for travel once on duty. Managers are always available. They are willing to take suggestion and concerns, working with the employees to find a solution quickly.

      Cons

      Must able to lift, stand, climb, walk in a fastpaced environment, at temps as low as -40 in N. Dakota to 110 in Texas. Have to work shift/rotation work away from home 20/10 (this can also be a pro for those who like to travel). Benefits could be better but are available.

      Dont work in the Finance area

      Pros

      The Denver office had very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We all worked together positively as a team and supported each other.

      Cons

      As with many companies where the sister/rollup company is outperforming the home office, there is tension. They were very inconsistent in their application of policies and procedures!!!!!
