Pros

Great team of super talented but humble people, all the way up to the CEO and CTO. As an engineer, I appreciate that we get to work on unique problems all the time- it's not just vanilla web apps. And the product itself is super cool, and seems to be taking off in the market.

Cons

Growth brings change, so if you're not up for frequent change then this place probably isn't for you.
