      Great systems, processes in place that'll give you wonderful experience. Great company culture, employee first attitude. Make you feel part of the company.

      Company was fine in beginning of my tenure.

      Cons

      Poor management. Heads of company don't have any technical experience so unable to understand technical queries from employees. Only focus is to complete the project at any cost without understanding project feasibility.
