      Pros

      Great experience, especially if you're a new engineer, there is a lot of work in a lot of different industries and the managers are good about putting you in a position to succeed. Work culture is very positive and accommodating.

      Cons

      Small company, so benefits aren't great, but it's a pretty small downside.

      -Lots of controls and automation experience available, especially in the Pharmaceutical industry -Coworkers really know their stuff -Attitude and personality is great in the company -Management is understand and willing to help

      Cons

      -Not a lot of internal company interactions, so you don't always hear about the latest news nor meet everyone in the company. Everyone is busy.
