Joke of a company. They are trying to move into the Enterprise space and no legitimate companies have ever heard of fountain. They are getting funding from VC firms but they are not making sales - something that will become a major issue very soon. The CEO, Sean Behr, is in WAY over his head. He has come unglued in the past few weeks - screaming at employees and holding emergency training sessions that he is holding himself (out of desperation because not one rep has closed a deal in the past 6 months). Oh, and they just laid off 12% of their workforce on Friday. They say it’s not due to the company underperforming but that’s not the case. Investors and potential candidates beware - this company is going to crash and burn very, very soon.

- C-Level and VP leadership are clueless on what are the actual pain points with existing customers - An obsession from C-Level to chase the latest trends rather than building a reliable product for existing customers - A general lack of understanding of the product from those who are selling the product -An extremely unbalanced relationship with customers causing friction and constant reprioritization based on 'who's yelling the loudest'. - A focus on 'radical change's but incapable of addressing antiquated org structures, opting instead to fill management seats for the sake of filling management seats
