Pros

Work life balance is okay, set schedules make it easy to plan life outside of work, and there is a decent amount of PTO, Insurance benefits, etc. Yearly small bonuses to most office employees. Decent hours and pay.

Cons

The company/management preaches their openness to new ideas, but anything suggested is shot down. Priorities for the business are all over the place, and management is a joke. Hard to distance oneself from work related drama, abrasive upper management, and reluctance to implement meaningful and necessary changes. SEVERE issue with micromanaging across multiple departments. Never working in the shipping department personally, but had some friendly coworkers who told me some serious horror stories about their own department coworkers, managers, and the toxicity of the entire logistical process. Many meetings about nothing that could've been emails.

Pros

It's a small company, so everyone knows everyone. That could also be a con.

Cons

Pay, hours, management, drama. The schedule is kept a secret until the day before or even the day of, there is no way to plan a life outside of Fostek.
