      Pros

      The work was challenging and the pay wasn't horrible.

      Cons

      Management can't make a decision to save their lives. Edicts are handed down but nobody has the guts to follow through. Horrible nasty people are allowed to treat their coworkers as subhuman with no consequences.

      A good place to work in a production/hourly capacity.

      Family orientated company taken over by corporate and cold company

      Pros

      Family orientated company at Foseco, but is changing to become cold, corporate and very bureaucratic (Vesuvius) due to the takeover years ago. you can go very far with a degree as degrees are viewed very highly here.

      Cons

      Us vs them mentality. Vesuvius which is a very ancient, cold and bureaucratic company had taken over Foseco, a very family orientated, warm and welcoming company.
