      Pros

      Family orientated company at Foseco, but is changing to become cold, corporate and very bureaucratic (Vesuvius) due to the takeover years ago. you can go very far with a degree as degrees are viewed very highly here.

      Cons

      Us vs them mentality. Vesuvius which is a very ancient, cold and bureaucratic company had taken over Foseco, a very family orientated, warm and welcoming company.

      Pros

      By working in Foseco, the foundry branch of Vesuvius, I realize the importance of working as a team. The support from the team members are extremely encouraging. Everybody takes the pride in their job, which is amazing. My manager has been a mentor for me, and I have learned so much from the engineers.
