Pros
Salary range is standard based on experience. There is allowances -parking, travel, toll, within Klang Valley and phone, though not much but alright. Increment is not bad too. Free flow pantry.
Cons
For sales position, the commission offered is actually very low compared to other disti. KPI is set unrealistically. Racism, favouritism is practice here. It is observed from the high turnover among newbies vs. longest stay. No surau in the offices. Benefits can be better esp in medical benefits. Lack of team spirit, blame culture (no team building event on yearly basis)
