Off all national holidays. Small facility and great coworkers. Free golf membership. Frequent work parties.
Cons
Management is horrendous. They are on the buddy buddy system. Only promote who they like or previously knew. Use the parties as an excuse not to give a bonus. The pay is not fair or equal through out the company.
