Fantastic technical team; enthusiastic, bright and progressive Sales and marketing have recently had a management change which was much needed and the benefits of the change are instantly visible

Cons

Really needed some personnel changes to have come around sooner. Hiring the right people in key areas has taken a while to turn around.

Big office, not bad location

You can't interact with other people You can't even touch your mobile phone You can't be a single minute late Don't even think about checking something on the web, not job related You can eat breakfast but don't even think about not being at your desk at 9. Company refuses to invest in equipment unless its completely broken. MD is lacking social skills and and micromanages everything. If he does not like what you are wearing, next day it will be in the "company policy". You will never feel encouraged or hear thanks from him. There is a huge lever of favoritism as MD employs family members, due to this you will always feel like your back is being watched and reported to management. No sick pay No bonuses No benefits
