It used to be a good place to work but not anymore

Pros

Pay is decent but never consistent. Discounts on company units are ok as well.

Cons

Don’t ask to get a rate sheet from management because they will threaten to fire you and tell you that “I pay you enough!” Brown nosing will get to promoted not your work ethic. There are more pills running through this place than a pharmacy!

Pros

- They give you a lot of freedom to run your sales territory however you please, as long as you are producing sales. - You get to retain all travel benefits and status from airlines and hotels. - Very fun people in this company who are very easy to get along with. - When not traveling they are very understanding on spending time with family & taking care of personal life. - Can work out of office.

Cons

- A lot of travel. Week long trips. - January - March (Show Season) expect to be gone every weekend. - Industry fluctuates a lot.

well they are hourly pay in the bus division, & also less push,so if you like to go a little slower that could be a plus for some people

Cons

i want to do my job quickly,efficiently, & be able to go home when my job is done,if you work in float that don't happen
