Pay is decent but never consistent. Discounts on company units are ok as well.
Cons
Don’t ask to get a rate sheet from management because they will threaten to fire you and tell you that “I pay you enough!” Brown nosing will get to promoted not your work ethic. There are more pills running through this place than a pharmacy!
