- Barely any semblance of work life balance as you will be expected to perform beyond your job scope, and be expected to hold the entirety of projects together with little to no support - Employer does not care about your well-being or rights, and only focuses on making money for their company. You are nothing but a gear in the company's system to them - Please be aware of management who WILL try to exploit younger employees, especially fresh grads who are starting out in their first job. - Overall, beware of this company and only take it if this is your last resort

Employer is not very friendly to staff. Management tend to be very one sided. Also a lot of biasness.
