There are ALOT . Some of the people there really do work hard and are good people. however, if you plan on growing in the company you have to be friends with management...in which most of them love to gossip Wich is foodjas downfall, there turnover rate with staff and management is the worst I've ever experienced at any company. The pay is what is next, if you ask for a raise ..just forget about it they will hit you with were working on it, which I waited over a year, and it never happened ..the pay is the same as working at del taco which for the work and stress it's pretty sad. Also, the leads here are also dating from the customer service side and dispatch side. Not professional.
