Pros
Co-workers who are confused,feel beaten down, and haven't had a substantive pay increase in years. Plus there's the joy on customers faces when you tell them you're raising prices, unwinding their discounts, and can't deliver what they've bought anyway for months.
Cons
Working for a parent company that is crushing it's employees and customers to drive up the bottom line. We used to love working here. That's why there are so many people with 10, 20, 30+ years with the company. This is a shell of the company it once was. Avoid this place like the plague.
