      couple of nice people in the team

      No clear vision or plan for anything too much meetings that even overlap with each others and if you missed one no excuse You dont even get good path what tasks to work in They urge you to ask questions and when you do they don't like it too much blaming no enough time to perform tasks Juniors play managers to Seniors Managers only care about giving instructions and blame you they never care to provide you tools, documents, and environment that enable you to work professionally Managers want to talk don't want to listen

      Hi there, thank you for your comments. Really sorry to hear you you feel this is a bad environment for you. As your colleagues we are saddened by this and will take your feedback onboard in how we can improve. You’ve listed a few high level things as advice to management as well as the relationship of seniors to juniors. As a form of holacracy we don’t recognise the hierarchal approach so please reach out to your Agile HR team member to discuss how we can help you navigate this as well as other areas like how to cut down on the number of meetings you attend. We definitely know we are not perfect as individuals or the collective, but leaning in with your feedback to your team will help us face our challenges together. So we would encourage you to please reach out to whomever you feel comfortable to in your team or Community of Practice; add feedback into our anonymous suggestion box; or or bring it up in a retro. That way we can try and implement some solutions together, improving these things for you and us all!

      Pros

      You can wear multiple hats , whatever hat you are good at to contribute along with designated role. Good recognition for your work. I loved working with few product people who were experts, HR team members are really great. No point of yours goes unheard. I have trust in the product and the tech so would love to join again.

      Cons

      No structure, can become very chaotic with execution, so much that we keep spinning around the same topic for months across multiple people as there is no hierarchy, no supervisor, no accountability, just meetings, meeting notes on confluence, no actions. HR;s cant do anything here as there its a flat structure. People who arrange meetings, good at passing the ball, very close to executive get promoted

      Cons

      Toxic cult-lile culture driven by the management. They are masters of inefficiency. Only suitable for "quiet quitters" who can put up with daily absurdity and hipocrisy for the sake of decent pay.

We are always working on improving the company, and improving efficiency as we scale is one our key focus areas. We have embraced a unique way of working with an aim to be fully inclusive, dynamic and transparent.
