I joined FlyteVu in the last few months, and transparently, was intimidated by the negative glassdoor reviews. Don't listen to them. The entire leadership team is not only transparent about the financial status of the company, they encourage everyone to bring new ideas to the table and really empower the entire company. If your idea is used, not only are you credited, you're immediately validated both internally and externally. It is one of the most collaborative and caring environments I've seen in my ten year career.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at FlyteVu. I joined right after graduating from college and have felt genuinely at home ever since. The creative team has been especially rewarding to work with, and I’ve learned a lot from being surrounded by thoughtful, driven people. The culture, the work, and the ideas here align closely with what motivates me, and they’ve pushed me to grow both personally and professionally.
