      Management listens to employees feedback and makes meaningful changes to improve quality of life. Great teamwork, everyone is willing to stop and help. Company provides freedom for creativity to tackle interesting and unique problems.

      Its an early startup still so you must be ready for last minute changes and willing to drop your work to help put out the fires.
