Cons

Lack of transparency from the management team, inflexibility in business model. Nearly 60% of reduction in head counts in Q2, while more than 10% of original staff got promoted with salary raise. During Finnish negotiation, the company definitely shows how little they cared about the team. Trusts have been heavily ruined.

- The management team has no clue what they are doing - No transparency or sincere communication during the 2022 Summer/Autumn layoffs. Once the negotiations started HR and leadership put on their robotic business faces and forgot about the human impact of this process - Unstable product that requires too much customization for each customer - Poor work & life balance
