      Pros

      They hire wonderful, friendly and honest individuals with high levels of empathy. Lovely teams to work with, which makes a lot of the issues from management bearable. Interesting work, and if you want to learn a lot in a short amount of time this is the place to be!

      Dictating, cultish leadership. Untruthful and vindictive when you are looking to move on. Ugly.

      shocking leadership, taking on new staff jyst to let them go weeks later due to financial struggles. not a place for job security
