- Interesting project - Passionate colleagues - real professionals - Good salary - No bureaucracy - Friendly environment, everyone knows everyone, no gap between you and CEO - Handy working environment (i mean all is done for easy work processes - hw and sw setup) - Boss is not just a dumb manager, but the tech guy who understands the code and you can talk to him and discuss some work-related issues - Cool corporate parties
Cons
- No work-life balance, sometimes you have to work more than 8 hours. Such intense conditions could cause a work burnout
