You’ve got to be good at managing yourself because no one is standing over you telling you what to do, the expectations are high. Some people will love that, others might find it too much. You’ve got to like figuring things out on your own.
Stuff changes quickly, and you’ve got to be ok with that. One week the process is this, the next week it’s shifted and we’re doing it better because the company is growing so quickly, I think there's been 10 new people since I started, and I'm new! That’s part of being in a company that’s growing fast, but it can take a minute to get used to.
Also, the founders set the bar high, they're very clear about what good looks like and sometimes it can feel like there’s always another level to push to. Which is great for growth, but if you’re someone who needs constant reassurance, it might take a bit of adjusting.
