The staff who are junior are nice to work with

The founder appears primarily focused on the podcast and, unfortunately, can come across as rude and lacking in emotional intelligence when it comes to building and leading the company. They clicked their fingers at me to make them a drink when I first joined. I was shocked.

Cons

Never got paid, multiple people on the team they still owe money to and refuse to pay. They owe over 20K to ex-employees
