100 % remote company Hires mostly In Latin America Great work environment and culture Fun company and great people
Cons
Since they hire people in Latin America, the wages they pay are adapted to you location, which is not ideal. You work for a different company in reallity, so even though your employer is Flight, most of the time you end up working for a different Startup and this can make the process a little confusing, as you are part of the second company, but not really.

Flight pays special attention to the life cycle of the employee and their partners with an intentionally designed human-centered strategy deeply rooted in the values of all those who make up the leadership team. There is a pleasant, fun work environment with opportunities for growth for anyone in any country. This is something we experienced from day one.
Cons
They are a company that has only been in the market for a few years, so they still do not offer all the benefits that a more consolidated company could offer. However, all its efforts focus on generating more abundance for businesses and the community.
