Pros

- If you're interested in a customer service career, this is a good place to start. Flight CX has a customer service training that I think was useful and the coaches are nice, patient and will answer all your questions. - You can work from home or anywhere with good internet. - The management team is usually open for advice and suggestions. - The Flight CX community is really nice. There will be some fun team activities.

Cons

- When you're a newbie, some of the managers aren't always patient. - Once you are placed in a company and finish all the trainings, you may get fairly isolated (depending on the placement). I found myself working for hours and hours barely talking to anybody, which I personally didn't love. - Get ready to work several hours sitting in front of a computer on a fairly strict schedule. - The payment is not always great, especially knowing that you don't really get a lot of benefits and work from home with your own internet and equipment (not sure if that has changed now). This company will pay you based on the basic salary of the country you live in (I learned that US representatives make more money than South American reps). - You might have to work during Hollidays.

Pros

First and foremost, Flight CX is a remote-first company that really believes in giving opportunities to anyone interested in CX and its mission. The Leadership team is a joy to work for and all of the Team Leads really do their best to empower their teams to do their best! Also, while many startups would be eager for any and every client who comes through the door, Flight truly believes in putting people first and ensuring that it is and will be a good fit for both our team and the client's team in the long run. It is a joy to work with such talented and caring professionals!

Cons

Flight is an early-stage startup and is completely self-funded so there are limits to the amount and kinds of benefits they can offer to their team. However, they are conscious of this and have every intention to continue to expand and offer more benefits to the team as they grow.
