All, management, insurance amount, process, hr team, managers, most clients, hiring is chaotic, too long process, and you may find a lot of people hired without technical interviews! And more they have a lot of surprices that you can descover :) . you will not be able to determine your role and hierarchy, you would be lucky if you were assigned to a good client who has a good process and is well managed, you would accept the situation and pass your days. It was a very disappointing experience ;) . I wish if I trusted the published reviews befor joining and leaving my previous company. letterly Chaotic situation.

Unprofessional management, authoritarian, stubborn and toxic supervisors who tend to heavily micromanage even down to your break time, you will be told not to use the restroom, get up and leave your computer screen. Supervisors get to create rules and do whatever they want. In any slight disagreement they threaten to terminate you, but by forcing you to sign a resignation paper to avoid paying you termination compensations. Involves a lot of office politics often plotting to overthrow team members but making them seem underachieving or creating unrealistic expectations and forcing them to quit. Extremely toxic management style.
