      While the workmates are fantastic and the company culture seems great, the company is highly unstable. No matter how much effort you put in, they will lay you off whenever they please, whether you're prepared or not.

      Pros

      The company provides a great work environment and genuinely promotes work-life balance. It prioritizes employees’ well-being, believing that a healthy and motivated team performs best in return. Employee benefits are generous, and management is always open to feedback and improvement. It is a place where I can see myself working long-term without compromising my mental health.

      Cons

      I am not sure if this is a true downside, but because the company invests so much in creating the best environment for employees, it is naturally expected that you perform well. Mistakes are understandable, but accountability is important. You are encouraged to learn and make up for them. However, if performance consistently falls short, you may be offboarded. Your stay really depends on how you contribute, but when you do your job well, your efforts are genuinely recognized and appreciated.
