Micro Management, using SL will take it against your performance

Work from home setup is the only pros

Cons

- using 2 minimum SL will be reflected in your performance evaluation regardless of your great performance in work - micro-managing in work, they don't know how agile works, day to day task is being checked. Despite that agile should be a 2 weeks sprint output based.

Great colleagues who are willing to teach and train you and have walked away with some great friendships

Cons

Not worth the pay. They want you to do more than what is required in your job title and when asking for out of cycle pay reviews to match the work you’re doing they don’t agree unless it’s on their terms.
