Probably the best thing would be the friendly colleagues.

Cons

Everything is bad. - Low quality works - The boss has no idea what is going on - Salary package is poor - boss does not appreciate your work, just wants things to be done asap.

friendly colleagues to badmouth the boss together with. at least you don't suffer alone.

Cons

worse boss ever. poor time management, overpromises client and fails to deliver. does a lot of shady and unethical things. if you value your sense of professionalism, this is the worse place to work at. workers also have no pride in doing their work and everything is done anyhow, even when safety is compromised.
