Good mentoring program, lots of questions answered, fosters independence and confidence, fair base pay with strong commission structures for producers, opportunity for account management advancement

No health club perks in building have to pay out of pocket

Great for recent college grads, friendly coworkers, if you get good at your job there is a good chance to make a decent amount of money in commission, no real quotas/metrix you have to meet, quality over quantity

Cons

Very small team environment, lack of real career opportunities, low salary base, working remote is not an option
