In one word, unprofessional. I worked with the First Assoc team on three different roles. Prior to the interview for the initial role, they asked me to stop by their office for a "prep meeting". They made no attempt to understand my background and just talked "at" me. Their interview tips were belittling and the visit was a waste of my time.
After the first interview, I followed up with feedback that my interviewers were atypically aggressive. The First Assoc team informed me this was a "typical interview style" and disregarded my comment. Rather than feeling heard, I felt dismissed. I've had multiple interviews and am confident this interview was a true outlier... not like First Assoc cared to hear any of that feedback.
The First Assoc team then pitched me a second role, completely irrelevant to my background. They assured me the role was not a support or administrative function, and yet it had "support" IN THE JOB TITLE and "administrative" in the job description. Again, a blatant disregard for my interests with the clear intent to try and fulfill quotas.
Our third interaction was for different role. They sent me an initial email and I let them know I'd be open to discussion. They have rescheduled, ignored emails, and flat out not called during scheduled times. After multiple attempts to get in touch, I am done working with them. While I understand they may be busy, I am too, and as their customer, have felt generally disrespected and undervalued.
