Pros

There are co-workers who will contribute to forming a positive atmosphere; somewhat flexible scheduling; possibility of working remotely; annual bonuses, gift cards, spot bonuses, tuition reimbursement, bravo rewards and other perks; office location (downtown/riverside).

Cons

Discrimination/hostility (certain employees benefit more regarding hiring and promotional practices, perks, etc.); retaliation (company has an open door policy, but punishes employees for making "good faith" complaints); Intimidation/bullying of employees. Supervisors/managers fraternize with certain employees to form cliques; policies alter to benefit or punish depending on the individual.

Pros

The pay is great, and if you love to abuse fmla this for you. They offer a great work out program by making you park 2 miles away. Idiot managers who get master's degrees from University of Phoenix create policies that actually cause less work to get done, which is good because laziness is rewarded.

Cons

Ever wake up in tears because you dread going into work, enough said,

Pros

able to telework, hard working, supportive co-workers

Cons

Never worked a 40 hour work week, always 50-60+ hours and it was never enough. Did not get paid 1 cent over 40 hours since exempt. The production expectations went up so high that no proper review could be done. Management constantly bullies employees to work more free overtime for the good of the company. No work/family balance. Cannot use PTO, if call out sick made to look like you let the team down. The place is run like a Labor Camp. Why hire more resources when they can get 6 days a week and unrealistic production out of the current staff? Don't ask too many questions or try to do things the right way, just produce high numbers, that is all that is important. High overturn/burn out rates.
