Pros
They are a small firm so you can make friends easily, the employees here are very compassionate about their work willing to work 24/7 if the work so requires. They have a small private practice where they take up diverse variety of cases which includes criminal matters, matters pertaining to family law (with legal issues pertaining to custody, divorce both mutual and otherwise), They also a banking and finance team which specializes in handling large scale arbitration matters for various banks and NBFCs.
Cons
Remuneration is less, they only offer bonuses for diwali. The arbitration matters that they take up from banks is quantitative and not qualitative further requires good working knowledge of Excel and Mail Merge function of Microsoft Word or must have the willingness to learn.
