The most depressing office we have seen in our lifetime. Esp in Bangalore, it is rare to see such a setup. No accountability, no one is available to address any of your queries. No initiatives from onshore or offshore to make it workth calling a workplace. most people, even HR is outsourced, so they do the job of mail couriering and nothing else. Management keeps changing process and policies w/o taking any peer feedback. bureaucratic top down approach. GBS employees are treated as 2nd grade citizens working at peanuts salary compared to their onshore counterparts, with no hikes, however, being measured on all parameters equally with onshore.

Everything else: No proper knowledge transfer. No lroper handover of portfolio. Previous analysts have left the bank even before new Analyst takes over. This is quite unheard of in Credit domain! Also no flexibility, no wfh options, not even a cafetaria in office!
