The SLT is under developed, lacks the basic skills at that level. Does not like to be challenged and before the company can be great this team needs a shake up! If your in your in, but if you challenge the system. YOU ARE OUT!

The wall says "You grow great businesses by growing great people" - yet their senior team is all fractional. The only long term staffer appears to be the founders mate. Guess friends get a free ride when they invest?

Thanks for taking the time to share feedback. The senior leadership structure you've described reflects a specific transitional period that has since concluded.
